As this year’s convention is again at Emperors Palace which is a few kilometres from the airport, there is no need to hire a car as there are free shuttles from the airport to the convention centre and it is so close that you need not fly in the night before. In addition, we have negotiated an excellent rate of only R725 per night with the Peermont Metcourt Hotel, which is next to the Convention Centre but was fully booked at least a month before the convention last year. Cheap flights are also still available and the indication is that these costs will not be increased over this period which is at least 2 weeks before the World Cup. We recommend that you book your flights and accomodation early to avoid disappointment!
